Emotional Support Animal Letter

An Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Verification Letter is a clinical document completed following a mental health evaluation to determine whether an individual has a qualifying emotional or psychological condition and whether the presence of an emotional support animal is part of their ongoing treatment needs.
